Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data, including entries and streak history.

Why can't I see my entries in the feed?

Entries go through automatic content moderation. If an entry contains inappropriate content, it's saved privately but won't appear in the public feed.

How do I change my display name?

Go to Settings and tap on your display name to edit it.

Can I use Charis offline?

Yes! Your entries are saved locally and will sync when you're back online. You'll see a "Saved offline" message when this happens.

How do I turn off notifications?

Go to Settings → Daily Reminder and toggle it off, or adjust the reminder time.

Is Charis available on Android?

We're working on it! Android support is coming soon.

Is Charis free?

Yes, Charis is completely free to use.
